Birch AB VP-04V Traditional Bow Rosin – Violin


In the late 19th C., Miss Amy Birch perfected rosin for her own use. It was kind to the bow, unaffected by extremes of temperature or humidity and because of its non-clogging characteristics, helped to produce volume and purity of tone. First marketed in 1896, it was immediately endorsed by her professional colleagues in the Covent Garden Orchestra.
